Strange Lip Sync - Mimic issue

After downloading Lip Sync, I had to download the 32-bit (4.9) version to get the Lip Sync pane to appear (it won't appear in 64-bit 4.9)

Then I downloaded and installed Mimic, which runs in 64-bit.

But the control for opening Mimic appears only on the 32-bit Lip Sync pane, which whill not appear in the 64-bit version.

So how do I open Mimic?
