Valandar discount not working

The discount on Valandar's store seems to be malfunctioning.
The base 40% works fine (or 58% for PC+ on DOs), but the additional discounts (50% for two or more items from the categories, extra 20% for debut new release) aren't applying in the cart with the qualifying items included (in my case - two of yesterday's NR and one of todays).
