Is 'SmartCloth' another word for dynamic cloth?

I'm looking at picking up the Stormwind Wanderer Bundle but am only truly interested in the clothes are dynamic. The promos look like they might be, but the description uses the term 'SmartCloth', so I wanted to be sure.

Anyone know?

    Some pieces of the set are indeed dynamic, but those are Poser dynamic clothes, not optitex dynamic clothes.

    Basically SmartCloth seems to be esha's option for "simple poser dynamics". My guess is that the SC version is a version of the prop saved with properties for the cloth room already set.
