Shade and Daz

I think I got shade from Daz.  Do I download it from Daz or is it like iClone where I have to download from their site?

    If you purchased it through Daz even if the product is not in the store anymore, it will be in your account under product library.

    I just checked and version 15.1 is in my account here at Daz. If you go to the Shade 3D website and register your product, it will then be in your account so you can download updates there. I have upgraded to Version 16, so I get it from the Shade store. I'm pretty sure I can download version 15 as well, since I registered it.

    Can I import Genesis 8 into shade?  Assuming I get shade to work?

    What is shape grid?  I found the shade website.
