Parameters dials went away.

Product Parameters dials showed up correctly for three days, now the morphs and dials have gone away. Same for Genesis Female Genital Morphs, the parameters have gone away after being installed for over two months. Is there an update with Daz3d that I missed? Version of Daz3d that I have installed is 4.9.117.
I had not made any changes to Daz or the file structure.
The male product is from Renderotica.com. It is the Hafada Shape from RedlightZZ.
The female product is from Renderotica.com. It is from Poison, the G3FGen Morphs.
The female morph has been installed for about two months. No issues and no changes to the file structure inside Daz3d that I am aware of. This prop came with a self install.
The male prop was installed three days ago and worked good up until yesterday morning. I manually had to install props under the morph section for the male gens.
I have even re-installed Daz3d and deleted all files in the file cloud. I installed all items in their proper place but I cannot get the parameter dials to come back.
Any help and/or ideas on how to fix is much needed.
Thank you.

So this isn't all sliders, just certain ones? Did you install the bases via DIM or Connect?
Hi Richard, Thank you for posting a comment.
I installed the male morphs manually inside the gen. morph folder and the female morphs came with an install zip file that auto installed into Daz.
The female morph worked for a few months without issue. The male morph worked for about 3 days. The dials that came with Daz's Genesis Pro genital figures show up in the parameters dial. The dials that came with the morphs I purchased had showed up and worked correctly but then yesterday on both gens the dials that came with the purchased additional morphs had vanished inside the parameters tab.
Here are the install instructions for the male morph.
"Unzip this archive to your My Library folder or DAZ content folder
Place the Morphs for the Genital to the folder where the Male gen is installed.
You will find that in this path:
data\DAZ 3D\Genesis 3\Male Genitalia\Morphs
Here you have to kick in the RedlightZZ folder"
I had installed the morphs inside the Daz Folder Cloud in my Daz Folder. Screen shot attached.
So if you have installed those figures by DAZ connect? becaues your pic show cloud directory. and have you use DIM to install contents?
if so you have aready DIM contents library.
I think, if you locate (manuall install) 3d party morphs in the cloud data, ds can not load those morphs . cloud directory are separated, and only daz can lnstall files in the cloud directory. but If you have another contents library, or use DIM library, and locate morph files, in the directory, as same relative path, I think ds still can load those files.
maybe most of morph vendor (not sell in daz shop) not care much about daz connect things. because they may not use daz connect, and install figures by DIM only.
but heavy Connect user can not manuall install those product, in to the cloud directory. you may need to make new root directory, (eg Mylibrary2) and sub directories, then manually locate files, to
(HD name).....\Mylibrary2\data\DAZ 3D\Genesis 3\Male Genitalia\Morphs
after that set root path in daz studio, as one of DAZ studio library. if you have already another library which used to save scene, etc, you can use it.but not manuall install morph files to cloud data directory. ( just keep relative path to install morphs)
or I simply recommend, not use DAZ connect, only use DAZ connect, if it offered by connect only. I do not buy such items at all.
there is only a few reason, user need to use cloud to install daz contents.
(actually it easy cause those problem, if you hope to install many contents (which not offered from DAZ), or try to correct product problems ,
then serch file and check wrong place etc,,)
Thank you Kitakoredaz.
I have installed both female and male genitalia outside of the Daz cloud. From there I installed the new morphs to the correct folders. The morph dials now show up correctly inside Daz.
This has been solved with the help of Kitakoredaz & Richard. I thank you both very very much.
Happy Rendering.
