Help, I've got holes in my render

I'm using G8F to render a really hi resolution 4000x6000 image. It comes out great except for a few transparent pixels scattered around the final image. They become really obvious when you zoom in. You can see them in the attached image, at 1200% zoom, near one finger nail but not the other one, and randomly on the skin. I rendered on duel 1080ti GPUs. In the log file I see a few divide by zero errors and RGB profile errors. The image converged to 98% after about two hours. I tried various settings and levels of filtering and nothing helps.

What can I can do to get rid of them?

Are those even detectable when viewing the image at normal resolution, rather than zoomed in? In my opinion, if these are really an issue, then pull the image into an image editor and use its tools to eliminate the problem. That would be a much quicker and easier solution than attempting to "render them out".

Are they really transparent? I think theye are fireflies or extreme highlights.

    Are there a lot?

Just a few then heal in Photoshop, or copy a surrouding colour and use the brush tool, or a very tiny sized clone-stamp tool.

If there are a lot, then your lighting may be causing issues, or even the shader; if a different figure and texture produces the same results, more likely to be the lighting.

You could also render at a higher resolution (painful considering the current one) and reduce the size Gimp/Photoshop/Etc; that should get rid of them. It would also have the benefit of you being able to stop convergence earlier. You can stop the render, save the image and try reducing that to see if it works, and starting the image again if not. Yes, fully transparent. It does make it easy to fix them in photoshop. I found that downsizing 25% and then back 400% on the layer just under the image fixes the problem fairly well. Going down 50% and back wasn't enough.

No just a few always in the same place exactly.

How do you pick up the render again after you save? The render window goes away and I don't see how to restart from that point.
