DAZ Phone Number?

Daz isn't responding to my refund request and there isn't a phone number anywhere like there used to be (wonder why?) unless I'm missing it.

Anyone have it?

    No, there isn't phone support - phone tickets were added to Zendesk so it was just a long way to do what the ticket page does. Whene did you open your ticket, and what is its number? Have you made sure that you haven't been given credit for the refund - they don't always respond to the ticket in my expeience?

    Hey Richard, I didn't know they had no phone number for customer service anymore. No, haven't been given credit because the always tell you it may take several days to show up in your cc account.  The ticket was put in yesterday, but they always respond very quickly...same day.  Guess I'll just wait.  Thanks for you help though, at least now I know I can't call them anymore.
