White spots on figures

Hi

I am fairly new at 3 d art.

I was hoping someone could give me advice on a problem that has came up in the last week. Some of my figures have white spots on them after I render them.

The above picture is one I did today. The below one is from a couple months ago. I don't know of any changes that I have made ( at least not on purpose) with the daz program.

Any ideas on what caused this or how to fix it? Thanks for any help.

    Fireflies are usually the result of the renderer trying to figure out what colour it should be and it having trouble. More time can help, different/more light can often resolve it.

    They can also be fixed in photoshop or Gimp (or something else) after the render has completed - simple enough if there is just one or two.

    Which renderer are you using?

    Thank you I am going to try differnet things. When you say renderer do you mean the engine? Like nvidia iray or 3d delight?
