This is the fourth time this has happened to me with a perfectly fine credit card. I don't know why they can't get this straighted out. The last time this happened the sale expired. However, they retroactively fixed the issue and gave me the sale price. They always end up getting it working for me in the end, but the hassle just makes it a pain. This was an impulse purchase I didn't really need, now it ain't gonna happen because I don't want to deal with all the hassle. I just hope they work on this recurring problem. It's irritating.

It may not always be DAZ's servers. This has happened to me a few times after my account had been hacked and the bank was monitoring. As the card-cops have no idea what DAZ is, and it has been flagged for nudity (not as porn, but some ISP/firewall/security programs won't give access) they will sometimes decline the transaction, especially for multiple small purchases. You can contact your card service (the number on the back) and ask to have DAZ put in a safe-vendor list.
If it is your bank/card company, then DAZ is being a good vendor and honoring your intent.
The Forum cannot help you with problems like this, You do need to file a ticket I am afraid.
It doesn't always happen to my card, just once in a while. I've made over thirty separate purchases and this has happened now four times.
Oh, I know that. I'm really just venting and wanting to see how common a problem this is. I've seen several other threads about this sort of thing and the last one indicated that there was a problem on the DAZ side - but it was corrected.
...and to let DAZ know that this still happens from time to time!

Now transactions from this seller, we do not observe. This means that the request for cancellation we have not received and the operation is deviated on the side of the seller (if the transaction is rejected because of a mismatch in the billing address, the request comes to us and the operation we see). Perhaps, the seller is not working with prepaid card type.

How long is the discount campaign -60% on many clothes DAZ Original + Artist? To what number you need to have time to take advantage of these prices?
Since it's after midnight at Daz HQ (Mountain Time Zone), the offers showing now will probably be in effect until midnight tonightm but it's not guaranteed, especially since the G2F sale says Flash Sale, and Flash Sales can end at any time.
I've been using the same (saved) Mastercard for years here almost daily and never had any problems unless there were insufficient funds in my bank account or the bank or Mastercard servers were down or things like that.
Changed the list of orders. Changed the payment method to PayPal and other card attached to him - still doesn't work and the reason from DAZ.

Firefox seems to have ben causing problems for many lately, you could try another browser (I usually use IE11, practically never have any problems with the DAZ site).

I don't use my credit card because most websites have dismal site security. I would use paypal or prepaid card if possible. I use paypal myself and it works well is it perfect NO, but it works and I just have to point my bank at paypal if something goes wrong.
Double check that you are putting your security code in correctly (the three digit code on the back) I am constantly typoing that stupid thing. And definitely contact support.
My paypal payments always go through effortlessly. I do believe I have had issues when using the card here but only due to an address problem and card exp. date problem.
If my purchase is under something like $7 PayPal won't work. It happened a number of times before I figured out the dollar amount was too low for PayPal. So I bought a DAZ gift card that I use for purchases less than $7. I think it also has to do with the country you're in, and the exchange rate.
I use paypal all the time. Lowest amount purchase was $1.00 after applying my DAZ store credit, never had a problem. Straight up purchase using Paypal, as little as $2.99 for a PC item and never encountered a problem.
