Friday night, June 24, 2017 I started getting this message. I created a second 'Payment Method', but there was no way to link my new payment method, so chackout just kept trying to access Paypal and giving the "The requested Payment Method is not available" message.
I tried clearing the shopping cart out and redoing, but no luck, same message on checkout.
I made a helpdesk ticket, but I am guessing that 'help' won't be available until Monday. So much for that 2 day sale that started Friday, huh. I hate places with no customer support, but DAZ is pretty much a monopoly and doesn't need customer support isn't it?
Is there anyplace else to get these items?

Are you trying to buy a Platinum Club subscription? In at least some places (Germany, for one) PayPal does not allow recurring payments and so will refuse the whole order.
No, I was trying to buy sale items. I bought sale items last week with no problem. I live in the US. Even if Paypal didn't work, there is no mechanism to put my secondary 'Payment Method' in the checkout. I do not have a Platinum Club subscription and cannot afford something like that currently.
I would suggest taking a screenshot of your cart, showing you have the items at sale prices, and then opening a Sales Support ticket about the issue with the screenshot attached.
I was surprised I got a response from a tkt this morning. Unfortunately, I felt the response was condescending and demeaning. I did ask for a number to call on Monday morning.
Another user was having what sounds like a similar issue, did you get any kind of security message? Did you try another browser? https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/179366/why-no-paypal
That seems to be a broken link? I get "The page you were looking for could not be found.".
Ah, sorry - the thread is in the Platinum Club forum, so is accessible to members only.
Oh yeah - rub it in my face that I'm a member of the unwashed masses. :) Just kidding - seriously tho, was there a resolution on that case?
No, there was a suggestion it might be related to security software but nothing conclusive - or possibly the browser (the current firefox seems to eb behaving a bit oddly with some of the site elements).
Probably not the same issue then, sorry.
