    doesnt seem to be one of the new contents

    unless the lighting drastically changed from all the new content promos ?

    To me it looks like it is the character used in the Liv Hair Textures promos. Plus there are Liv shoe by another artist so maybe there is a new characater called Liv that hasn't been released yet.
