Other folks have mentioned the issue. It's probably a wrong color in the emissive light profiles.

You should probably file a bug report.

The set loads with lavender emissive lighst insufficient to light the scene like the promo has in it. You can change the color of those lights, or remove the ceiling and add other lights to try to compensate, but yeah, they aren't at all like the images in the promotional renders.

It looks pretty intentional to me. Whats going on in this, is that many of the emissive lights are darkish purple. The base color of the light surfaces have an additional purple color added. This makes the lights pretty dark. It is a valid concern that the promos look entirely different than the actual product, because they are set up differently.

The easiest thing to do to fix this would be to remove that dark lavender (what I original thought was lavender emissive but is in fact another tint added to the lights themselves).

You an see that in the initial screenshot.

The second shot shows the colors added in light manager.

If you go in the surface tabs of the various lights , you can remove that lavender color and try for white or different color if you desire.

Thanks, Serene Night, for finding out what's going on with that. Hopefully the vendor will address this issue.

That's a very harsh and probably unjustified conclusion. This is almost certainly some type of bug, oversight, or packaging error. The PA stands behind their products and will update the product as soon as they find out that there is an error in the released version. These things occasionally happen after the prodcut leaves the vendor's shop and goes to QA and testing. PAs do not always monitor the forums and may not know about issues unless a bug report is filed with DAZ Customer Service.
