NO FIGURES

Hi, i just downloaded this software 3 days ago and so far i havnt been able to do anything with it..so annoying.I go to the figures menu and double click on Genesis 3 starter Essentials or Genesis starter essentials and nothing happens!! i cant see any figures!! why?

    Did you also install all the starter essential packs?
