Rendering lights problem

when using a lighting preset do I select 'scene only' when rendering?

I either get no lights in my render or if I choose scene I get the lights but my character is not hi res, Im using Melisa for Genisis 3.
The preset lights Im using are Hi Drama iray lights.

    Hi,

    in your result you see, of cause there is some light.

    But not bright enough.
    Now it is like in real photography: Play around with F/Stop, Shutter Speed and ISO. Those you find in the "Tone Mapping" tab.
