Problem with the hair

I'm not sure if I'm in the right section but I hope you could help me. I bought this asset

and when I'm trying to put it on my character looks something like this

    Just loaded up G3F and applied the Brooke morphs and the hair and I see the same issuue (remove the Brooke head morphs and the hair 'settles down').

    Go to Shaping, select Actor> Adjustemnts and ensure you have Show Hidden Properties on, then adjust FHMExpandAll to something like 4%
