Fatal error message- what happened?

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

I got an error message today and I don't know if I have to reinstall DAZ or not now, I don't know what happened. Has anyone else ever got this message?

    That looks like an error from the Intel video chip. Is that the only GPU you have?
