I had to redo my HD & that meant total redo of my DS & such.Which form should I use -the PostgreSQL CMS or the PostgreSQL CMS From Valentina CMS Conversion?

    PostgreSQL  -the other is a tool to convert your old Valentina database to PostgreSQL, presumably if you have a back up of your database it has already been converted and if not then starting from scratch will certainly be PostgreSQL.

    The conversion is a script that copies the old valentina DB content to your PostgreSQL database - so go with the PostgreSQL. And to avoid future confusion, select the conversion in DIM, right-click, and delete (if in the ready to install tab) then re-connect DIM, select it again in the Ready to Download tab, right-click, and hide the package.
