i have no idea how this happened, but i'd love to know how to fix it.
the outer corners of my character's eyelids are flared or pursed or puckered. like her eyesockets are about to spit her poor eyes out of her head.

i noticed this while i was fiddling around with eye slant morphs, but the problem exists with the unslanted version of her eyes as well.
any diagnoses or suggestions for a fix? i've run through all of the eye parameters for the character and totally failed to spot any active morphs that seem like they might be causing this.
thanks!

Hmm. Could be a normal map issue?
...I've seen this happen before as well.
If you are using merchant resource morphs, many of them will move the face around the eyes but not the eyes themselves. And some freebie morphs will adjust the eyeballs but not the rigging. If the eyeballs seem to be in the right place when the pose is zero'd out, your issue is a rigging one. If they are set back looking in the zero place, then it is a morph issue and translating them forward a little on the z-axis should fix it, though scaling might be necessary as well.
thank you, mtl1, and thank you ChangelingChick...very much.
(i have to say: i thought it was extra cool having ChangelingChick swoop down from the clouds to rescue my character, as my character's stellar freckles are all courtesy of CC Reagan for Rune 7.)
when i went back into parameters to try translating her eyes forward a la ChangelingChick's suggestion, it turned out that the trouble was scaling...somehow my character and each of her eyes were scaled differently...and none of them were at 100%, for some reason. her left eye was almost 5% smaller than it should have been.
so. fixed! thank goodness...

Hmm, mayhap a morphing dial went weird? I'm glad it got fixed :)
thanks! me too. :)
Of course! Eyes are the bane of my existance XD
Oh my goodness! I didn't even notice! Hah! I was just thinking I'd had that exact problem before XD
