Lola's Son

This is listing as new, but I wouldn't have been aware of it at all if I hadn't been looking for something else in Deepsea's catalog.
Deepsea is doing tremendous work, and lots of people have been asking for a figure like Lola's son for a minute with nobody paying any attention and giving every excuse under the sun for why not. This is without doubt the best looking non-stylized pre-teen male figure in the store and looks really good next to the more realistically porportioned females without causing that uncanny valley Roger Rabbit effect.
Here's hoping a female companion comes along real quick, because I'd really like to get started on some fairytale/fantasy renders with kid protagonists.

He is kind of adorable, isn't he? :)
Laurie
He looks like a child star from when I was a boy but I don't remember that child star's name.
Possibly the kid from the "stuart little" films
or even the kid from the classic christmas story film where he wants a BB gun for Xmas
He looks okay but think those pants are more suited to an older character.
I was thinking that too...the version of those clothes for Genesis 2M would have been better. At any rate, the figure can wear anything :)

Now that I look at him closer, with the right hair, he'd look a lot like the kid from "A Christmas Story".
Yep, both the A Christmas Story kid, the kid from Stuart Little, and some fellow from a sitcom, I that it was Different Strokes or one of those toward the end when the ratings were tanking so they brought in a another cute little muppet as a rating ploy...LOL, and we can't leave out John Denver too...
Yeah, I guess he might look a little like Ralphie with a buzz cut ;). Hmm....maybe I should model a bar of Lifeboy soap ;)

I am guessing you are refering to Cousin Oliver from the Brady Bunch (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_The_Brady_Bunch_characters#Cousin_Oliver). I never watched this series at all, but I remember reading about the "Cousin Oliver Syndrome", which refers to the adding of some cute kid to try and improve flagging ratings.
