I, too, have been having problems with checking out with Paypal, logging in to my paypal account, and will not allow me to choose Paypal Credit. Have both paypal and paypal credit linked, and yet, still having trouble. Like I told my sis, I might as well use my debit card more often. But, unable to use paypal credit is probably hurting daz studio a bit. I like the 3d site, but . . . .
Using Paypal worked just fine for me this AM on a DAZ purchase...
Paypal Credit isn't quite the same thing as "Paypal". Formerly Bill Me Later, it is an online-only credit account, now owned by and available through Paypal. (At least, I think it's still online-only.) It is not backed by any of the major credit card companies. Paypal Credit does not affect your primary or seconday payment options through Paypal.
I suspect DAZ has opted out of the Paypal Credit program because of the six-months no interest on $99+ purchases. The "discount" to retailers is probably higher than a regular credit card, to make up for the interest the customer is not paying. I used it a few times when I first got started with DAZ, and was then disappointed and frustrated when it disappeared from my Paypal options. Others have mentioned using Paypal Credit since then, but I've not seen the option to use it for a DAZ purchase in more than two years.
My Paypal Business Debit is currently working for DAZ purchases but I have had problems in the past. Now I am not surprised when it is rejected for a DAZ purchase and just use the Paypal button instead. Same problem form time to time with other online sites AS WELL AS in-store purchases. It never seems to work at Walmart. I'm having trouble addapting to the Digital Age.

Like HorusRa, I was told they no longer accept it.
I used to get it to work and now for about 6-8 weeks it has finally stopped working. Really cut down on my purchases too, sadly. Was nice to help cashflow for great sales. Now I have to wait like everyone else.
Yeah, I know the feeling. It was nice using paypal credit. Now have to but stuff in smaller amounts.

Paypal Credit worked fine for me just now, on September 28, 2019. Maybe Daz3d reinstated it's usage.
I am not wealthy so buying models is an ordeal, but I caved in today and purchased "Predatron Cypress Trees' which is currently on sale. My Paypal account has about 99 cents in it, so the Paypal Credit did work, and I have successfully downloaded the files.
I hope Paypal Credit works for all you who live in the USA.
