Bought Product, Cannot Download; Only DAZ Connect files?

I just bought Additional Blood Layers for Genesis 3 Male(s), and went to download it manually like usual (because DIM sometimes fails installing items) only to find that there is no manual downlaod. What gives?! I can't get my product! I read how to use DAZ Connect, but when I open Smart Content in DAZ Studio and go under "available" ... or anything... this product doesn't show up. Actually everything is black and white and I'm not sure why, but I can't even FIND "Additional Blood Layers for Genesis 3 Male(s)"... I want this product, bought it, and can't have it. This system seems utterly ridiculous, unless I'm missing something obvious. I just want to download my bought products like normal as I've been doing for years.... ~_~*

Edit: So I found it by going through the store page and hitting "Install." But I cannot find it in my library. I also cannot find it listed in the smart content tab... ~_~ So it's like it didn't install at all.
If you double click the black and white items, it will install them. If you don't see the item in smart content and don't see a download link, is it possible the system doesn't see you bought it? Is it showing up as purchased in your account?
This product is one of the encrypted prosucts. It can only be downloaded through Daz Connect.
or you should be able to download offline installer and authorisation packages from your account page and install by placing those in \Data\cloud\Install in yoru daz Connect library - as long as your copy of DS has connected to the store to be authorised. The encryption is removed twelve months after release, so on July the 17th this year for that product will be available through DIM and manual download.
