I could be wrong, but I thought it is from https://www.daz3d.com/melidae-crown
Adiene and Silver are masters of kitbashing. You're right, I think the flowers are from the Melidae Crown but that prop looks more like twigs than antlers, so they may have combined it with one of the antlers that I suggested.

The horns/twigs do not seems to match the suggested links. Fawna's horns are way too big and don't seems to match the shape if scaled down. Melidae may be where the flowers are from but don't have a circlet version.
You may be correct that it was a custom kitbash or from another vendor site entirely. Too bad I was thinking of buying it for a future project.

I have loaded them in and just moved them around and changed the rotations.
