How does one submit to the galleries or User stories?

Hi, this has probably been answered 1000 times before.

I see no link at the Galleries to submit new artwork. Same goes for the "User stories" page.

Any directions please?

    Galleries,   Go to your account and click on Gallery  from the menu along the top
