resource error

I may have posted this already. Thought I did but I have a TBI and often think I did things just because I thought of them   (don't hit your head)

Anyway,  I just bought a new computer. I wanted to install DAZ and my existing content on it so I let DIM do the whole thing. I haven't changed any directories or file locations either on the computer or in the content manager. My files all show up in Smart Content and in Content Library. When I try to load some assets, they work just fine. Others give me a "file does not exist" error.  I am attaching some screen snips to show the directories, error messages and the Explorer screen showing that the files exist.
