  For the horns you can change the base color to a dingy and washed out pale yellow ocre or ivory color For the tunic I would choose a pale washed out dried dingy straw color. You can still add the dirt products if you like..

  I think that A touch of dirt is probably be closest to what I'm looking for but it isn't on sale right now. So I think I'll try changing the base colors and editing the image in a paint program after.

  So I was tinkering with the base colors and got a menu called the Layered Image Editor. Using it I created a new layer, loaded an image of some gray blobs and smears to the layer, and then set the layer to multiplicative. Here are the results.
