What's going on with the discounts?

    They were "fixing" things at 4 am they're time... when my $9 purchase became a $17 non-purchase.

    Hours later and discounts still not working properly... this is a shame for any serious company.

    Edit: For me this is a $10 difference on my cart, so I decided to NOT buy which results in a $50 difference for Daz and the PAs. Good night, almost 1:30am here.

    My current refresh of the cart is now showing correct discounts (DazDeals shows 59% or 60%, and the one Daz Original in the cart is showing 72%. DazDeals rounds the percentages to whole numbers...)

    Assuming nothing changes again, the discounts have finally been fixed.

    Nope. Not true. Just checked again as I saw your post in time.

    It works for the new items (when I put some into my cart), but not for the items from Featured Artist Catalogs from DZFire, OOT, etc. that I already had in my cart. They only discount -40 instead of -50%.

    Whatever. Now off to bed..

    Same here.  I'm not getting the full discount on Featured Artists.  My total discount for those products is 51%, including the Dante Owners bonus (10%) and the March Madness Bonus (10%).  It should be 50% off then the additional 10% bonuses applied.

    I see two future scenarios:

    1. they fix the store problems for good

    2. these problems continue for so long that DAZ eventually realizes that these complex sales are a really bad idea...

    I think I prefer 2.

    Sorry. I didn't have anything in the cart that wasn't a March Madness new release. I didn't think to add a couple of older items into the mix.

    I like the complex sales, personally. I think the problem lays in the browsers, or the code on the browser side anyway. It might take a refresh or two, but if I clear out my cart, and restart the brower, that seems to fix it. Maybe some variables don't clear out right when things go into and out of the cart, and thats what screws up the process. Anyway it seems complex. But to me its fun and it lays down a very important truism in retail - if the customer holds it, they're likely to buy it. If I put a thing in my cart, I'm very likely to purchase it, and that is the whole point.

    Exactly, and that one refuses. No matter the combination 'Outback' stays the same. As fate would have it, thats the main item I'm after, have a project I need it for.

    If I put it in my cart with no other items, the price is $12.12  (40% + 10% (Bonus buyer) + 10% (purchased Dante)).

    But that price remains the same if I put AMs Elephant in the cart, that's not right - that should increase the 40% discount to 50%, i.e. $10.10, for both.

    Now I already own the Outback item but I don't think that should make any difference.

    OK, I thought you meant items from other stores triggered the discounts for AM. But you're right, discounts for AM doesn't seem to work whatever you do, for the other stores (or at least some) they do.

    Removing/adding/wishlisting items refreshes the cart, so it may not necessarily be the removal of those items that made the prices go up, they may simply have gone up since the last time the cart was refreshed.

    I just tried to buy the two purchases I had entered earlier today and my credit card would not go through.  When I removed and then added one of the items back, the diacount changed.  I had two items for 50% off and an extra 10% as a bonus buyer.  Looks like the bonus buyer coupon I got yesterday just went south.  Oh well, maybe some the items will go on sale again sometime.  Not going to buy if the sale price is messed up.

    Ya I'm removing items from my cart too, I miss the old daz website back when it actually said how long an item was on sale and I think it was more pleasant too, so much has changed over the years it's kinda sad

    It looks like the 50% off for two or more items is working now. I'm seeing prices in the cart that I'm expecting to see based on my math.

    Is it working for everyone?

    Something is still not working for me. With two items, I'm getting 55% discount, which means it's either omitting the 10% from BB banner or the 10% from owning the Tamara bundle.

    In my case, it's the Tamara bundle discount, that gets omitted, because from sku under 16000 product(s), I do get the 30% banner discount, but not the 10% discount from Tamara bundle.
