Iray Section Plane Weirdness

Render 1 was done using a section plane with clip lights off. The lighting wasn't right, so I made ONE change to the scene, and that was to turn clip lights on, but as you can see, a portion of the clipped geometry reappeared. Anyone know why this is happening or where I can find comprehensive information on how section planes should work in DAZ Studio? Thanks.

Does it work consistently if you render with a non-spherical camera?
Yes, I checked that before posting. Also, restarted Studio, and then rebooted my entire system. At the moment, I'm experimenting with a sphere. It looks as if the plane was designed to look in from the outside, but not out from the inside - at least as far as clip lights is concerned...
Probably worth reporting as a possible bug
I had ghost lights in the scene, and had rendered with Environment Mode set to Scene Only. When I deleted the ghost lights, replaced them with an HDRI, and rendered with Environment Mode set to Dome and Scene (with Draw Ground and Draw Dome off), the problem resolved itself. Go figure.
I figured this out! The attached screen shot shows a scene that includes an iray decal and a ghost light, both Kindredarts products (great products, btw). There are two iray section planes slicing out a portion of the scene (with clip lights on, this is a great way to render out a crowd scene one slice at a time). The offending geometry is the arrows the PA included with both products. The section planes have no effect on them.
