need advise for 980ti and 1080ti pls

I want to play with DAZ iray , how much difference is there between 980ti and 1080ti ?

980ti is much cheaper than it used to be , so I can't help to choose it...

 

BTW , I can't login this forum for a long time and I don't know why.

when I click the login-button on the upper right corner , nothing happend...

    One big difference is the RAM - the 1080Ti has nearly twice as much as the 980Ti. On speed, you might want to have a look at the test render thread started by Sickle Yield.

    On the log-in - are you blocking Google-Analytics with NoScript or the like?

    we can't visit google...

    For very few time  , I can visit DAZ quickly and login DAZ .

    For long time ,I can only visit DAZ with a deadly speed...

    The 1080ti is the way to go 11gb of vram can only be beat with a titan x which has 12gb. If it is not fast enough save up and get another.

    that's true..the model from DAZ is more and more big in these days, 12GB may be the right choice .Thank you .
