Wow - Major list of Character Updates

I see in my DIM this morning a huge list of characters to be updated from FW, FWKJ and FWSA.  Most are HD.  Anyone know what the scoop is on that?  Never seen a dump like that before.

    Don't know, but I'm glad I saw it this morning before I went to work, so I could let my slow internet connection deal with it while I'm gone.  smiley

    Probably adjustments to the updated Iray in the latest DS (4.9.3.166). Seems to have broken quite a few products.

    I would have expected the ones that came with Mika 7 to have already been ready for that, but then who knows how long ago they were actually done.

    Well could be that Mika had a different problem. But a lot of updates for older products from the same artist could point at an Iray update.

    A little bird suggests that it may be an update to Shader Mixer shader that they all used, and making that a shader asset rather than an  embedded network, which would simplify any future updates.
