Using or Combining multiple camera presets

I'm working on a product with multiple camera presets, each for a single camera.

I would like to have a single preset that loads all of the 9 cameras at once.

What is the best or easiest way to do this?

    Hold down ctrl (Win)/cmd(Mac) while loading each individual preset so you can choose the option not to delete the existing cameras, then save a new preset and check all the cameras in the options dialogue.
