What is a Unimesh Fit?

Browing my products, I see I have several "Unimesh Fits" for V4/M4.  I assume these came bundled with their corresponding Hero Packs, which I own, but I've never used them.  What are they for, and can they be used on Genesis figures as well?

    Unimesh fits for V4/M4 clothes add custom morphs to those clothes to support for the "unimesh figures" for M4/V4 (ie A4, G4, F4, H4, Elite Body morphs...)

    Oh, so "unimesh" refers to the figure?  I thought maybe they were talking about clothing meshes or something or other.

    Well I do own Freak 4 (I assume that's what F4 stands for).  How would I use the unimesh fits on Freak?

    The clothing for M4 and V4 was often split into 2 products so that people who just used the base (M4/V4) character wouldn't have to pay for a bunch of morphs.

    You only needed the Unimesh fits if you are using Aiko, Stephanie, The Girl or Elite.V4 Unimesh fits USUALLY exclude She Freak 4

    Unimesh does refer to the figure.

    Unimesh Fits refers to clothing.

    The unimesh fits for M4 clothing usually supports Freak 4 and Hiro 4.
