Celestial Wings discount and nearly new

My reading of the store page was that 20% extra discount would apply to still mad items: but I don't see any difference with the Cape bundle from yesterday. Have I misunderstood what the offer is or is it not working properly. It also doesn't seem to apply to Artists' catalogues.

    I noticed it doesn't work with the 'HP Prototype' s either.  Not on artis cats either.

    This should be working now,  It is working for me.  If you are not seeing it as fixed try doing a hard refresh on your cart page.

    Not working for me yet. Only getting the same discounts I had before I added the Celestial Wings.

    I can confirm that a hard refresh didn't solve the problem on my end. Maybe the update is still spreading?

    Just logged in on a different computer. Lost the 20% altogether, so not working for me at all.

    And I've tried taking the wings out and putting them in again: same result. I get the banner discount, but not the offer of 20%.

  • I'm not good at working out the math but looking at them in my cart wings are $5.96 and expansion is $4.08 so think it's pretty good deal there have you all got at least two new releases in your carts I think you gotta have at least two to trigger the two deal bonus then on top of that you then also get the extra 20% bonus also other things added got knocked down too haven't checked out yet doing my usual dbating on everything

    I'm glad you are getting a good price, but for me Seraphim Wings is $8.53: I have the other offers, which seem to work.

    Then I have I have the Epic Skydome & Rustic Dress, both stuck at 55% discount.

    So it just isn't working for me. (I cleared my cart and selected the items again, but no change.) So looks like I am excluded from this deal. Sad! (as someone might tweet)

    I emptied my cart. Signed out. Signed back in. Filled my cart (13 products, 8 of them Newly Mad or Still Mad). No change in discount.

    I'm getting $5.98 for the wings and $4.06 for the expansion but this includes an extra discount because I bought the Feathered Wings for All so I'm being discounted bigly!

    We have reported the issue with the extra discount from the wings.

    So, I'm guessing I'm SOL for having purchased this first thing in the morning as far as the proper discount? Is there anyway to have the difference credited? It's probably not a ton of difference but i'm just curious if there is a way since the order info doesn't show what we actually paid but rather the full price for everything, even the freebie item?

    @Greybo  If you purchased early and think you should have gotten a different discount if you had waited, open a ticket with CS and let them know the issue.  They are great and they will credit you the difference if you bring it to their attention.

    As for the proper discount showing, CS will be able to see the amount paid.  Just include the order number for the ticket.  However, do you not get an email confirmation of your orders?  I do and they always show the exact price paid.

    File a help ticket, explaining what has happened and asking for the differenmce to be refunded.  Send a screen shot of what the cart would look like if the discount had appiled correctly, and append a shot of your actual order, as it went through.

    Thanks for the reminder about the email receipt. I did as you suggested with regards to the CS ticket. Hopefully, this will get sorted.

    I just wanted to give CS and bit shout out for a quick turn around. I overpaid by $11.16, which they've already credited to my account. Sweet!
