Terradome 2 skies in Terradome 3?

Do Terradome 2 skies work in Terradome 3? There's a bunch of sky packs for 2 on sale in that runtime dna sale and before I go snatching them all up, will they work in TD3?

Thanks :)

    Thanks :)

I was wondering this too but after looking at them I saw most use MT5 presets which I don't think work at all in daz but hopefully someone will clarify.

Can you extract the images and re-use them?

I don't think so, but I'm not absolutely sure.  They definitely won't work in Terradome 3 as is.  At best, you might be able to use the textures from the pack.  That being said, I got one of the bundles real cheap to give it a try that had two skydome packs.  I liked the skies and I plan to see if there is any way I can use the sky images somehow.  Unfortunately, I won't be able to get to it until probably after the sale is over.  I figured that was a good enough price for me to risk it and use the pack to do some experimenting.

actually all the terradome texture maps are good as textures for anything at those prices

I repurpose many maps in my renders, you can substitute them in many tiled terrains

That was my thinking when I got the skydome bundle but I wasn't positive.  I figured at the price it was worth it to take a look. Nice to know that I can probably use the textures.  :)

if the dome will load by itself you can sort of get it to work by applying an emissive to the dome and manually load the sky texture you want into the color slot, then it's just a matter of experimenting with the luminence values to get something you like about the only way I know
