  It looks like one of Outoftouch's products. They all have that nice sheen and distinctive softness to them. I believe it's the Katharina Hair. 

  I'm afraid I don't recognize the necklace.

  I agree with Mary about the hair. The jewelry though, I'm not sure. It doesn't look like it's fitting very well (it's floating a bit - particularly off the far shoulder and floating a bit off the chest), so it might not be made for G3F.
