hi i have a ? can someone help me with wrinkle sleeves

some jackets dont have the wrinkle sleeves and 

i been trying to do that  is there anyway i can do that thanks very much

    You'll need a modeling program like Hexagon, Blender etc and then create the wrinkles as a morph, not an easy task though.

    Not that I'm an expert but you might be able to create them with Normal Maps. I think there are freebies around to do this but there are others here who will know better.
