What's the difference between a preloaded and ready scene?

I've been looking at some amazing products that contain environments and have noticed a number of them (the new dentist one by i13 which looks great, for example) and they are listed with preloaded and ready scenes. What's the difference? I'm guessing something to do with cameras and lighting, but I was curious to find out.

    My guess would be a preload is all the props/figures in place while the ready sceen has lights and camers as well, but it's probably not a formally defined term.
