Did anyone who picked up Feathered Wings for All have Epic Wings for Genesis too and can do a side by side shot? TIA!

I have both. I'll do a render for you. My laptop is a bit slow...so it may take me until later this evening to post. I'll start with rendering an Iray version.
The nice thing about Feathered Wings for All is if you decide you want to use Iray instead of 3DL you don't have to do a whole lot with the materials. Rendering Epic Wings in Iray, you have to adjust the materials. I generally run the Iray Uber shader first, apply the manual N.G.S. Anagennesis script, and then change the cutout opacity.

well I have both but still use 3Delight ,so here they are I only moved Epic Wings above 3DU's FeatheredWings
Here is a very quick and fuzzy iRay render with Feathered Wings for All on the left and some quickly made iray shader for Epic wings on the right. My own feeling is that they are both nice with Feathered Wings being slightly more anatomical and Epic wings more sculptural. I do like that Feathered wings has iRay shaders.
Just to cause trouble: a couple weeks ago, that other site came out with Armisael Wings. Also extremely nice and quite distinct, with a number of interesting textures.
I love RawArt's texture pack for Epic Wings- and they render beautifully in Iray- right out of the box.
Downloading Feathered wings right now, I 'm really excited to see what can be done with all those mat zones!
Thanks for the pictures everyone. I did, in fact, get the Feathered Wings for All this evening. I appreciate all of the pictures and if anyone was still working on a render go ahead and post it. Would love to see more renders. I'll be playing with the wings myself this weekend. I do have both the Epic Wings and the expansion. Still, after seeing the renders here and one another friend did, I think having these as an option is going to be a good idea.

The ones at Rendo are handsome, but they are morphed rather than rigged. There are quite a few morphs, though.
There is another wing pack coming out soon that does have a similar expansion that I had for the epic wings, which will work in both 3dl and iray

It is not an expansion for this set....and there is a preview on my rawart facebook page, which I dont know if I am allowed to link here...but if you look for "RawArt3d" on facebook, it is not hard to find

It looks like there's been several who have posted a comparison. I'll post mine as well. I did not render either image to completion but I think they are a good representation of each wingset. I do like both sets and will continue to use Epic Wings depending on the project but I'm excited about Feathered Wings for All as an addition to my runtime.

For those who have the Feathered Wings, can they be scaled up so they are larger in relation to the figure's body? They look great (love the detial) but way too small for my tastes. I'm guessing I could parent the wings and then scale them. But I still love Arki's Malaik Wings...it'd be hard for me to replace them as my go-to wings.
Yes they can be scaled ,up and there is a wing size dial
I, too, am hooked on Malaik Wings. Here's a render I had available with the wing armour, both 30% off for Bonus Buyers. But you can never have too many wings.
Aha morphed vs rigged. Hard to identify that when you mostly work via sliders anyhow but I knew there was something.
I want the feathered wings bad but having just picked up Armisael I feel I shouldn't spend my entire budget on one bit of add-on anatomy...,
Actually, that preview is why I've held off for yours to come out. Fire wings!
@RawArt Just took a look at the preview on your Facebook page. Nice. So, it's an new expansion for Epic Wings? It looks good! Will definitely have to pick that up, too. Love the fire ones!

Well there are 2 type of morphs linear and animated. Linear are more for stick on wings as they move in a straight line no good for animation and only really have a start point and a end point so in between can be a bit ugly. While animated morphs lot harder to do will give you a very smooth motion and can bend the wings better.

Huh. Having poked at the Armisael wings more, I THINK they're the latter sort, or at least they look pretty good at all stages of a morph and the negative side of each morph is used as much as the positive one. I'm attaching a few more renders and a screenshot including the shaping list. I do wonder why the artist chose morphing instead of rigged, though.
Checking out the Rawart wings... I think I'm going to go ahead and just commit to having ALL the feathered wings. After all, different species need different looks, right?
