How Can I Modify "Taylor Hair" for G3M?
in The Commons
I would like to mirror the Taylor Hair on its x-axis and to have it work on G3M figure without the need of an auto-fit or clone of the older models that this hair was originally made for. So, in other words, how can hair made for old models be converted for fittting on the new Genesis 3 models as if that hair was made for them?

I often use older hairs as a prop and just use the axis sliders to adjust it and parent it to the head of the newer figure.
Yep, as Divamakeup said, you can just load the hair with nothing selected in the viewport, don't fit the hair, just load the hair up and then use the sliders in the parameter tab to position the hair as you want. Once you have it into place as you want it, you can parent the hair to the head without using fit so that the hair moves with you model when you pose. Just don't use autofit.
There is also a way to make your own clone for autofit, but I have no clue how to do that. I have just read that you can do that here on the forums.
If you want to get it autofitting, you can take it one step at a time:
First, fit the Genesis version of Taylor Hair to a G2M, using the clone that Daz provide. Then, fit that particular hair to a G3M, telling autofit that it was made for G2M.

Wear Them All made all of this a non-issue for me. Thanks Valzheimer!
