Is the Daz store working??

I'm running into a problem I never had before. See if this sounds familiar to anyone. I'm logged in ready to make my purchase but when I click on place order, I receive this message...

     Payment Failure: Error Communicating with the processor, please try again later (AN)

Then if I try to resubmit my credit card information it says this

     Payment Declined: This transaction has been declined.

Now, before you say it's the card's fault, I checked my balance and know I have more then enough money to cover the bill. Any clues as to what could be going on? I don't want to miss out on the sales they are having.

  • You might want to shut down your browser and reload.  See if that fixes the problem.  Another thing to try is clearing your browser cache, too.  I've not seen that issue before, though.

    Have you got uyour credit card registered with Daz?   I was a bit puzzled when you said that you tried to resubmit your details.
