Do MFD for G3F expansions work for G2F?

I know the textures and sets for MFD from earlier versions work going forward (like gen on G2F)...but do things like http://www.daz3d.com/mfd-wonderland-expansion-for-genesis-3-female work with MFD G2F?

    They would have to be converted via AutoFit, which would of course kill the additional posing handles (not that there were a great many, as I recall).

    This is Genesis2F with the G2F MFD ,the apron ,socks and shoes are from the Genesis Wonderland expansion ,I just used the MAT file on the dress ,and unsupported in auto fit
