  I could have sworn I saw "Feb 12, 2017" on the popup that appeared when you clicked on the banner, but I closed that and the one in my messages doesn't have a date on it.

  Yup I saw Feb 12th too, but only in the orange banner (when it was present). However, since it doesn't have a date in the message in exclusive offers inbox, I assume it's intended to be a bit mysterious. And you have to admit, a little bit of mystery is fun.

  I'm not showing a date on either the banner or the popup so I'm not sure where the Feb. 12th came from ;).
