How can I make a Dragonborn from dnd?

  There are a couple of ways you can do this. The quick and dirty way is to parent the dragon head to the Genesis's head, and then turn off Genesis' head's visibility (click the eye icon in the scene tab).The downside to doing it this way is that your dragon's head might not match up with Genesis' neck and might look off when posing  the character. (Or it might not. You might get lucky.)

  Another method would be to create a geograft of your dragon head and that would meld onto the Genesis body. It's a little more work but the results are much more in line with what I think you're looking for. I have notes on how to do this, but since I haven't personally done it, I'll need to run through the process myself so that I can give you precise directions for this. Give me a little minute while I make sure my notes are accurate. (I'll go build a tail or something and then come back with the directions for you)

  That would be amazing. I want to create my own original morhps without using anyone elses. I have been trying to figure out how people were making the Werewolf heads and such on the geneisis. Perhaps what you saying is how I will be able to do this
