    The only one I know of off the bat is Marco for M4 by Tempesta 3D at renderosity. It's supposed to be based off of Andrew Lincoln (Rick) I think but the similarity isn't the closest. Not sure of any based on the newer figures.

    Unfortunately, to be able to recreate their likeness and offer it for sale would require license for the likeness of the actors, the comic book writer to give permission since he created the characters, and A & M because of the show.  You can try to contact them, but unless Daz3D sets up a deal with them to give a % of profit, I don't see it happening to have those likenesses in the Daz3d store.  You could, however, try to morph a character into something similar for personal use.  Just wouldn't try to sell the render or whatever if it's too close.
