How to "turn off" part of a hairstyle?

This hairstyle for Gen 2 is supposed to have sections on the headdress and hair that can be "turned off". I see morphs where sections can be changed but don't see actually turning off the ponytails for example, where would I look for this feature?

    They might be set invisible with a material preset.

    Oh thank you, there's a section under material presets that says utilities, and visibility is under there. I was going nuts with all the sliders!
