The Old Barn - Iray materials?

Hello!
I have purchased The Old Barn by Age Of Armour. In the product description it says: Daz Studio Iray Material Presets (.DUF)
But when I load the Barn and look at the Surfaces Tab it looks like normal 3DL materials. Well, I am no expert, but normally I see the difference between 3DL and Iray materials, because they have different namings and settings. And the Old Barn materials do not look like Iray materials to me.
Can anyone who has this product confirm this? Where can I get the real Iray materials for it?

You can find new icons for this product in the following DAZ Studio Categories:

“Materials:Iray:Props”

“Props:Landscape:Ground”

And the FileList http://docs.daz3d.com/doku.php/public/read_me/index/23490/file_list doesn't have any "iray" materials listed at all. It's possible that it's listed in error?
The skew is 234xx which is prior to iRay, I think. It could have been updated with iRay materials but that wouldn't have replaced all the 3DL ones. I think it's a mistake on the page.
I'm wondering that too. Readme says release date is Dec 5 2015...
I reinstalled it and there are no materials/iray there.
From what I know AgeOfArmour specifically tuned the 3DL shaders to render properly in Iray.
