crashing 1080

I'm not having this problem as my 1080 computer been out of action due to something else so I can't see if it's a problem for me though before that had no problems. No I was asked on facebook by someone not connected to if I can help not sure what could be causing it so thought I'd see if anyone else knows

so the problem is they keep crashing everytime they try to render in real time at the time they was using the last beta version of daz don't think they are using the new full version recently released asked someone else who pointed us to this thread Flush GPU Memory between Renders https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/74255/flush-gpu-memory-between-renders   but that wasn't it this was their reply - "

That wasn't really it..

I'm talking about real time rendering, like in the viewport.

Whether it be Aux or regular viewport, and a low amount of samples, it just crashes.

And even if I just put a single figure, it still crashes."

so if anyone else knows an answer I copy paste it message them see if it helps don't think they're on here

Make sure they are using a very up to date driver version...375 or more recent.

  • his latest reply to me -

I am not using the beta and everything is updated. Apparently, if I Uninstall and reinstall, it works fine, but if I close the program and open it again later, it happens again.

  • was just thinking replied to him I had an issue once where a scene I was working on when I reopened it to work on it some more daz would crash think it was a faulty content issue or something this was before I had a 1080 computer so maybe not a 1080 issue but a content glitch issue?
