Problem downloading Romulus-01 Rover

Am I the only one unable to download the Romulus-01 Rover from DzFire? I get a download failure with DIM and the following message when I try a manual download:

"

There has been an error processing your request

File does not exist"

    No problem. Your stuff is always worth waiting for. Although I occasionally feel like I should stop buying and just start composing and rendering more wink

    I was wondering if anyone else had a problem downloading this from Daz.I purchased it and an error came up,but yet everything else in the order downloaded fine.I sent a help ticket and usually they are on it.This time it has taken more then 24 hrs and still no fix. Me personally I think this is unexceptable,they take my money quick enough, they should deliver quickly.Just saying.

    Please remember that CS is 5 days a week normally, and normal working hours.

    Problem here, also. Same scenario, other products OK, just this one fails at every attempt

    Same here, It won't download with DIM, and manual install lists a no product error. I'm assuming its actually a Connect only item, so I sent in a request for refund. That's the second item from that order. >:(

    Me too. Manual download is empty as well. I just said screw it and sent in a request for a refund back to my credit card since it looked like it was actually a connect only item.

    Romulus-01 Rover is not connect only. Pretty clear by looking at the product page: http://www.daz3d.com/romulus-01-rover

    Folks need to lighten up. If this is the worst thats happened in someone's week, it's a good week.

    Be that as it may, It's my money. I'm not paying for a product that isn't there. If it isn't there, I get a refund, problem solved.

    Problem has been fixed downloaded through dimm and manually
