  These are close, but not exact.  They are for G3M.  Not sure how well they would work on other figures as I haven't actually rendered them yet.  

  Slide3D Military Boots at Rendo.  If you don't find anything else, they are worth a shot.

  Anyone know an easy way to take a conforming item, especially shoes, for other figures and back-conform them for m4 and v4? Is there an updated conversion tool? I don't need it for clothes since I convert all clothes to dynamic, now.

  Here's an outline for going from Genesis to V4 and M4 using Evil Innocence's free crossdresser utility.  I'd think it would work the same for the G3s http://www.evilinnocence.com/using-crossdresser-with-genesis/
