I can't download

So I just bought Heart Breaker Hair for Genesis 3 Female(s) and Little Trouble Outfit for Genesis 3 Female(s).
When I ordered it, it said that they weren't available to download in DIM. So instead I went to manually install but the download button is not showing up for Heart Breaker Hair for Genesis 3 Female(s), and for Little Trouble Outfit for Genesis 3 Female(s) it's only showing the templates.
What should I do?

Probably contact customer service for a refund -- these are both DAZ Connect only items, so they will only work in Studio 4.9. You can either download them from within Studio using the 'Install' pane or download the DAZ Connect files (both for each item), put them in your local Connect/install folder, and then use connect within Studio to install offline content.
