Presumably you're using DAZ|Studio? Look more closely at the store page — this is a Bryce item, it can't be loaded directly into D|S. It might or might not be possible to convert it, but this will not be a quick or simple job.
It also includes an obj file which can be imported into DAZ Studio. When importing the obj files I notoiced that it imported with the opacity set to zero so you will want to reset that to 100%. It can be rendered in Iray but you may want to adjust some of the surface materials. I have attached a quick "out of the box" Iray render with no adjustments except opacity.
Yeah, I was going to say what's already been said. The product in question is for Bryce, but as Charlie Judge pointed out it comes with the obj file so that you CAN import it into DS or other rendering software programs of your choice.
(File/Import, then navigate to where you've installed the obj file.) You may, again, as Charlie Judge pointed out, adjust the transparency settings in the surface tabs (for the windows) as the DS specific surface material information may not have been saved on said obj file. And you will definitely to adjust the materials in the surface tab, as Spotted Kitty has pointed out. To make it Iray, navigate to the shader folder with the uberiRay settings (MyLibrary/Shader Presets/Iray/Daz Uber). Click on the "Iray Uber Base" duf, BUT before you do that make sure the bus obj is selected in the scene tab and the surfaces you want to convert to iRay are selected in the surfaces tab. And if you want to keep the mats that come with the bus, then it's important that you hold down Ctrl at the same time you double click on the !Iray Uber Base duf. It will then give you a pop up screen. In the "Images" drop down menu, change the answer to "Ignore" and it will convert the surfaces to Iray, while still maintaining the original texture map.
Hope this helps you get what you're looking for. :)
Thanks very much for all the answers!!!

One other gotcha to consider; if you load up the .obj version, you lose the ability to open the doors or move the wheels, which is possible in the Bryce version.
